Request for new membership card with QR code


All financial Members are provided with a House Account as part of their Membership.

Effective 1 October 2023, you will be required to present your digital or physical member card (featuring your unique QR code) to charge back purchases to your House Account at the Poinciana Bar and Golf Shop. Each card is for the sole use of the person whose name is on the card. Members must keep their card in a secure place and not lend or give the card to others.

Lost member cards should be reported immediately to the office on 3721 2121 or email accounts@igcgolf.com.au.  The card will be deactivated and a new card issued.

Why do I need a member card?

The Board and management have resolved to implement the mandatory presentation of new QR code encoded membership cards to charge to your house account with the view to increase charging accuracy. You must scan the QR code on your membership card at the point of sale to be able to make charges back to your account and/or access member prices in the Golf Shop and Poinciana Bar. Quoting your member number or name will no longer be an accepted method for account charge. Members with an older membership card may not have their unique QR code printed on the card. If you need a new membership card with QR code printed, please notify us via the form below, or use your digital membership card located on the IGC app. You don’t need to charge the purchases to your account; you have the option to pay with EFTPOS or credit card. If you forget your card, you must pay via EFTPOS or credit card.

We encourage members to download the IGC app and then use the digital membership card.

    From 1 October 2023, members will be required to present their physical or digital membership card to IGC staff in order to place charges onto their account. Physical membership cards must feature your unique QR barcode. Consider downloading the IGC app and using your digital membership card.
