NEW SERVICE MODEL
To provide a flexible and efficient dining environment, the following service arrangements will apply:
- Lower Poinciana and bar – this area operates as a self-service area, where members can order food and drink directly from the bar. QR Codes will be available as an additional option on tables for members who prefer to order from their seat and utilise charge-back facilities.
- Upper Poinciana – this area offers table service between 10.30am and 2.45pm. Outside of these hours, it operates as a self-service area, with orders placed at the bar. QR codes will be available as an additional ordering option.
- Outside dining – this area operates as a self-service area, with orders placed at the bar. QR codes will be available as an additional ordering option.

Orders open: 12pm, Friday 20 March 2026
Orders close: 12pm, Sunday 22 March 2026
