SWING Term 3 2025 | Registrations

Catch-up sessions: We encourage participants to commit to and attend all 8 weeks of the program.
Catch-up sessions will only be offered in the event that a session is cancelled by the Club. These sessions will be scheduled at the end of the regular 8-week program, subject to Coach availability.

Waitlists: Should a session reach capacity for registrations a waitlist will come into effect. Vacant positions will be offered to the waitlist in the order that requests are received.

Cancellations: Any bookings cancelled on or within 7 days of the first scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the program fee. No refund will apply to withdrawals from the program made on or after the start of the first scheduled session. Participants will not be entitled to catch-up sessions should they withdraw from the program.

By submitting this form you give consent for the Indooroopilly Golf Club to take or have taken by others, photographs, digital images and/or audio and/or video footage of the participant named above, and to store the images, make copies of the images and publish the images in any form, in whole or in part, and distribute them in any medium including, but not limited to, print media, digital media, other multi-media uses or graphic representation or video. Indooroopilly Golf Club undertake not to use any images or video in a way that would cause embarrassment or misrepresent the intent of the child’s participation. IGC will register all participants in the Golf Australia Get Into Golf program, requiring their name and email. Golf Australia will occasionally notify you of any events and promotions. Get Into Golf program will also provide insurance while attending clinics. Please advise the Club if you do not give media or Get Into Golf consent.
