Please provide an overview of your intended display/activity. Please note the following restrictions: On-course signage must be fixed into the ground, tear-drop & canvas banners are recommended. Pull-up banners are not allowed on course. Please advise if you would like access to furniture (tables, chairs and umbrellas), power or a large display/vehicle area. Access to these items is limited and will be allocated on request and availability

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS(Required)
The client is responsible for providing all signage, promotional materials, staff and equipment. All items must be delivered to IGC by Wednesday 10 September 2025. If banners are delivered late, IGC cannot guarantee the banners will be erected. All deliveries must be clearly labelled with the company name, event name and set up location. All items must be picked up from IGC by Wednesday 17 September 2025. In accordance with Club policy all items provided by sponsors must be set up or supervised by IGC staff. Sponsorship options cannot be shared between two (2) or more companies. One invoice will be issued per sponsor. In the event of change of circumstances/unforeseen acts of God which may be within or outside the control of IGC, the event may be postponed and refunds will not be issued. The client is responsible for any damage to their allocated areas on IGC property incurred during the event. The responsibility for arranging any additional insurances lies with the client.
