We wanted to give you an update regarding the Clubhouse refurbishment process that we are proposing. The last communication we sent was on 8th June and noted the appointment of Ellivo as our Clubhouse architect. Since that time the Clubhouse and Surrounds Working group (CSWG) and Ellivo have developed concepts for the whole clubhouse (a Clubhouse Concept Master Plan). The Board reviewed that information on Friday 8th October and is refining the scope of works.
